Terms of Service

By using the One & Only Locksmith website or booking service, you agree to the following terms.

Service quotes

Quotes provided by phone are estimates based on information you share. The technician will provide a final written quote on site before any work begins. You may decline at no charge for most general-service calls.

Authorization

For lockouts and rekey services, we verify proof of ownership or authority before opening or modifying any lock. This protects you and us.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship on every install. If hardware we installed fails because of how we installed it, we'll return and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on hardware pass through to you.

Liability

One & Only Locksmith is bonded and insured. Our liability for any single job is limited to the amount of the invoice for that job, except where law requires otherwise.
